Marvin Stern
Marvin Stern has been specializing in Criminal Law for over 33 years. Marvin began his career working as a Crown prosecutor for seven years both in Manitoba and British Columbia. As a prosecutor, he gained invaluable experience and insight into the legal system, which has greatly enhanced his effectiveness as a defence lawyer.

He has appeared in court throughout British Columbia, although he most frequently appears in court as a Surrey criminal lawyer. He has conducted cases in Alberta, Ontario and as far east as St. John’s, Newfoundland.

He is also frequently called upon to lecture lawyers on current legal trends and techniques and, most recently, has been involved in an international project teaching judges and prosecutors oral trial techniques in Ethiopia.
The media frequently calls upon Marvin for his opinion on the most pressing legal issues of the day. He has been a repeat guest on the Bill Good Show, CBC, and other media outlets.
